About Shannon

Of all the places I have traveled in my life, there is no place I would rather be than in Colorful Colorado! I was
born in Boulder and just can’t get enough of our amazing blue skies! Let me help you find your little piece of
Rocky Mountain paradise.
I was once told that I advocated “too much” for my clients. That has always stuck with me and now I make
advocating for my clients one of my top core values. I have always had a love for helping and empowering
people. I believe in empowerment through education. It is my goal to walk compassionately alongside you
through your real estate journey. No matter if you’re buying, selling, or investing, I want to be your real estate
partner and will advise you with experience, wisdom, and grit. Ultimately, I have done my job when you

I am a proud mom of two daughters who are two of my favorite people on Earth and a one-year-old pup
named Cobi, whom one of my girls named after Kurt Cobain. I am an avid learner and reader and travel as
often as I can. I love the outdoors and enjoy the many sunshiny days our great state has to offer.
